Our Work

Butterfield Bank:

iFM have been Butterfield’s Facility Managers since 2011.

They provide us with preventative maintenance services across all of our HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and elevator systems as well as expert janitorial, pest control and landscaping services.

In January of 2017, iFM completed the Construction Phase of an Energy Performance Contract with the Bank, which has to date resulted in energy savings of over 3.9 million kilowatt hours.

iFM provide a consistently excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
